WPExperts undertakes all projects/services under the purview of Milestones that dictate the direction / road-map followed by the project.

All Web Design/ Development/ Applications are carried out and accepted upon a complete analysis and creation of a complete scope document.

Since WPExperts and the client realize that there is work involved in achieving every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work already completed.
Wpexpert makes sure that in case of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work done till that date and the money, if paid for further development, is returned.

WPExperts also respects a decision made by a client to works with a different provider within 48 hours of the project initiation. In such a scenario WPExperts would refund the amount for the project that has been paid till date.

REFUND POLICY AND LICENSE CANCELLATIONS
We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. Therefore, if you come across an issue that cannot be resolved, or feel that any of our product is not working as expected, you can contact us for a refund within 14 days after purchase. We’ll be happy to refund the entire amount.

• We will process your refund as soon as possible. In some cases, we might even offer to resolve an issue for you.
• No refunds will be processed after 14 days post-purchase. If you are not happy, apply for a refund within 14 days after purchase.
• By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.

You will have to purchase a licensed copy or renew an expired license in order to be able to get help from our developers.
